In light of the current Covid-19 situation, we have come to the decision that the Fit East Fitness Festival due to take place on Saturday 4th July should not go ahead.
We will throughout this uncertain time be sharing posts and information on where you can get support keeping fit and healthy!

All tickets will be refunded, please bear with us while we process these.
The festival will have a series of runs including an early bird breakfast run, a5k and a 10k race, a 1k Fun Run for people of all ages and a finally a colour run 5k race, which takes place before the DJs take to the stage and go long into the night.

Zumba Fitness (medium to high impact/all levels) & Zumba Gold (low-impact/ easier level) are dance classes designed for all ages and abilities.
At Fit East Sarah-Ann will be presenting both Zumba and Zumba Gold to ensure there is the opportunity for everyone to get involved.
Sarah-Ann is the Suffolk Ambassador for This Girl Can responsible for Motivating, Inspiring and Encouraging women of all different ages, shapes, sizes, backgrounds and abilities into becoming more active.
The British Heart Foundation is our registered charity for the 2020 Fitness Festival.
They will be at the event talking about how to keep your heart healthy and running CPR workshops throughout the day.
Choreographed dance-cardio jumping routines to burn calories fast and tone up.

Diana Malone is a local Yoga teacher and together with Emma Aldous from Skylark Farm, Bawdsey brings you her unique class. Often introducing those to Yoga who have not experienced it before, this class is accessible to all.
Goat yoga combines the effect of petting and playing with animals boosting serotonin and dopamine in the brain and decreasing cortisol levels with yoga for a double dose of relaxation. Some health benefits from goat yoga include enhanced mood, lower blood pressure, and heightened flexibility.
Diana recently filmed Goat Yoga on an episode of ‘The Real Housewives of Cheshire’.
Diana will also be offering a normal goat-free yoga class at Fit East – Breathwork, flow and relaxation. The class is accessible to all levels. You will need to be able to transition from the floor to standing.
